I cannot stress enough how positive and welcoming of an environment Dianne, Simon, and the rest of the Spartan family has created at this gym. As someone who had absolutely no experience with boxing or kickboxing when I first came to Spartan back in October of 2023, all of the coaches and members were incredibly patient and kind to me on my journey. I was provided quick and applicable feedback during classes to allow for me to grow in my confidence and love for the sport. No matter what level you are, you're certainly going to be challenged and provided a phenomenal workout. Please do yourself a favor and come check out one of my new favorite places to be.
